Oh man, we could sure use a lower-case mimosa right about now. You know, just to get the morning going. Wait — it’s no longer morning? We had no idea. It’s been so long since we’ve seen daylight hours, we can’t tell sunup from sundown. Not that it matters much, because there ain’t no goddamn EDM shows during daylight hours! (And the one we did see a couple of weeks ago was so strange we thought somebody dosed our doses.) We’ve slept off the turkey, come up with myriad excuses to skip the mall, and all we want to do tonight is throw the fuck down — it’s a good thing we’ve got Mimosa, one of the country’s hottest DJ/producers, on tap tonight to make that happen. The L.A.-based artist and his cutting-edge bass sound have been tearing up the club and festival circuit — including a Bonnaroo performance with Scene homie Dee Goodz — so you know it’s gonna be hot.
