Here’s a triple-decker sandwich of left-of-center rock that should please any hunger. Nashville garage punks the Exotic Ones (named for the classic Nashville-shot Ron Ormond exploitation film in which Sleepy LaBeef portrays a swamp monster who beats a man to death with his own arm!) bring classic crunch rock ’n’ roll about zombies, apes, circus trains and other selected topics. Add in old-school ’80s-style punk from i am sabot and the Butthole Surfers tribute band Kuntz (which has got to be interesting if they take the term “tribute” seriously), and you’ve got a Friday night meal that should leave you belching with punk pride through the whole weekend.
