about 20 miles from Savannah, Ga. At the age of 14 years old, Josh traded in the saxophone he played in the middle school band for his first guitar. It didn't take him long to realize that playing guitar, singing, and songwriting was what he loved to do. It was something that just came naturally to him. Josh began playing for family, friends, and anyone that would lend an ear and listen to him. He played many campfire shows at his hunting club, where he developed his strong stage presence and audience connection. 10 years after he strummed his first chord, he set out on a trip to Nashville for a vacation. After arriving in Music City, Josh quickly realized that this was where he belonged, if he wanted to pursue a career in music. But, he knew he needed more stage experience. After returning home, Josh put together a one man, acoustic show and began playing the local bar scene in the areas surrounding Savannah, Ga. His first show was a huge success but only made him want more. With people encouraging him to take his music career to the next level, Josh began planning his next move, which landed him where he is today. Josh currently lives in Nashville, Tn. and continues to advance in his music. He is now working on his latest album and hopes to have it finished by Summer 2012.
