A power duo from Charleston WV, Farnsworth is a rock outfit that is solid and to the point. Comprised of drummer Jason and guitarist/vocalist Chris; Farnsworth recently released their debut EP"I'll Tell You When I've Had Enough" and are looking to bring their vintage style to the masses. Although initially a trio, Farnsworth cut down to a two piece and are creating such a thick sound that most search for a bassist on stage to no avail. Raised "riding the needle in the groove" of classic albums to the likes of Free, Lee Michaels, Deep Purple, Grand Funk Railroad, and Blue Cheer; the boys feel that an upbringing in the classics is the basis for sanity in the auto-tuned-hit single world in which we unfortunately live in. Passionate guitar playing with memorable riffs and extended solo's during live performances are not uncommon while the rhythm section fails to fault, always cemented into the groove. Vocally and lyrically the voice of the band is belting and soulful; an honest representation of the every mans blues: love, heartache, and desire. Heavy riffs that will make you sneer,vocals that hits you in the chest, and percussion that solidifies the groove while always leaving you breathless. Never compromising, never disappointing and always a great groove. Farnsworth is a sure bet.
