Raised in Dublin, Ireland, music has always been part of his life. Yet it wasn't until 17, that he turned his focus towards learning guitar and writing music. Early influences include the likes of Glen Hansard and Damien Rice. Two Irish artists also raised in Dublin, who worked the gig scene in Ireland before moving on to America and finding a fan base there.
He has a work ethic he learned from his parents, that nothing worth having comes easy. With his focus, drive and will to succeed in whatever he does, he won't let anything stand in his way. His Grandmother used to say that he had an 'Old head on young shoulders', meaning he has a maturity beyond his years. And it is that mentality, maturity and old stock ambition, that has brought him so far. There are not many that would decide at 16, to go to college in the US on a soccer scholarship. But that's exactly what he did, and spent the following two years accomplishing just that. And now, at 21, with his focus on music, he has some doors starting to open. With a back-catalog of over 150 originals, a unique sound, distinct voice and will to succeed, this could be the start of something great.
