Since then, he has had over two hundred songs recorded by artists in all fields of music, such as Dwight Yoakam, Anne Murray, Charlie Pride, Joe Tex, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, The Kentucky Headhunters, George Jones, Tammy Wynette and many others. One of his songs, 'SKIP A ROPE", earned a Grammy nomination. "HOME OF THE BLUES", was an early hit for Johnny Cash while George Jones and Tammy Wynette topped the charts with his "TWO STORY HOUSE". Glenn's first record was for the Mart Record label. Glenn was one of the founding members of the Nashville Songwriters Association.
