Futurebirds Album Release w/Natalie Prass & No Regrets Coyote

Nashville Scene Critic's Pick …

Almost two years after their first release, Futurebirds are ready to let a new album fly the coop. The band, which has toured with the likes of Alabama Shakes, Heartless Bastards and Drive-By Truckers, spent 45 days in the studio over a seven-month span, all while touring between studio days in order to pay the recording bill. Their 2011 Record Store Day release, Live From Seney-Stovall Chapel, sold out on the heels of their relentless touring. Named after an enigmatic, multifaceted witch of Slavic folklore, Baba Yaga promises to be true to its moniker, highlighting the band’s great versatility, wide range of influences, and atmospheric country-influenced rock.
