Music at the Frist feat. the Meltzer Parsons guitar duo

Bryant Meltzer and Michael David Parsons are best known in Nashville for their songwriting talents, but when they perform at the Frist, they use the opportunity to showcase their instrumental talents and original compositions. While some may describe their music as "instrumental pop," others say it defies categorization. Lyrical melodies that draw on classical, jazz, Americana and pop influences combine with distincitive rhythms to create musical conversations between the two artists. Michael Parsons plays rhythm guitar, and Bryant Meltzer performs on mandolin, guitar and flute.
