The Contemporary Jazz Series at NJW is back and better than ever in 2013! We've moved the series to Saturday nights and we're kicking it off on Saturday, February 16 with the incredible drummer/composer/bandleader Marcus Finnie and his band!

Joining Marcus for this event will be a stellar band, including Don Aliquo (saxophone), DeMarco Johnson (keyboard),Ralph Lofton (B3 Organ), Alex Bachari (guitar), and Brian Allen (bass) - and including special guest Mabel Pleasure (vocals and organ).

The show will consist of 2 sets, beginning at 8pm. Admission is $20 / $10 high school and college students with ID. Tickets will go on sale Monday, February 4 at 10AM and will be available online on this page or by phone 24/7 at Brown Paper Tickets (800-838-3006) or during business hours at the NJW office (242-5299).
